The Trading Post Shortbread Company has its origins in the small Southern African mountain kingdom of Lesotho, where five generations of the Thorn family lived on a trading outpost.
The family's matriarch, 'Nana' Beth Thorn (nee Maclean) perfected her shortbread recipe, which proved to be very popular with all travellers and traders passing through the region.
The Trading Post Shortbread is now produced in the small village of Wick, Worcestershire, UK, using that same, closely guarded family recipe.
Butter, Flour & Sugar are combined into the perfect comfort treat.
Enjoy! We know you will.
